I've been helping businesses and Product Teams from the past 3 years.
I've shown them how to incorporate real-world UX and design best practices into their work, without reinventing or disrupting what they do every day.
I have no magic powers, no UX omnipotence that makes me smarter than everyone else. What I do have is a LOT of time spent helping clients build more valuable sites, apps and systems, solving tough problems related to underperforming products and unhappy users and customers.
I’m interested in RESULTS, because at the end of the day that’s the only thing that counts: did that thing I showed you how to do work, or didn’t it?
I also make it a point to spend time talking to young designers across countries from different colleges and universities, in an effort to give back what others have so generously given me.
